The actual workers, Berlin, and David, went above & beyond when they could not get the truck up the steep hill to our house. My... read more move was a less then perfect situation with plenty of ups/downs loading dock logistics from high end high rise buildings and in the end required on the part of the small group of Artisen movers and myself and my husband to move small shipments in and out of smaller service elevators. At one point in the move, we thought we would have to store items for future move dates etc. However, when I was able to communicate to the patient listening ear of management we that this would put me in a bind regarding sleeping arrangements for the night and weekend they allowed me to move after hours.
